People who regularly consume dairy products such as yogurt, are less likely to manifest diabetes.
Scientists estimate that if every day to drink at least 30 grams of any kind of yogurt, it will significantly reduce the likelihood of developing diabetes in the body. These data were obtained as a result of multi-purpose experiments that are conducted by specialists from Harvard.
Having studied the information on the diet more than 120,000 people in the US aged 23 to 75 years, they have come to the conclusion that people who regularly consume yogurt in any way, much less likely to suffer from such a disease as diabetes.
In this case, the kind of yogurt and consistency have absolutely no value. You can drink it or eat in a more dense form – the result will always be the same.
