2. Sports. All exercise must be completed before 20.00. Otherwise, it can negatively affect sleep.
3. Coffee. Before going to bed no coffee. The same goes for alcohol. It excites the nervous system.
4. Ventilation. Every day you need to ventilate the room. Fresh air will help to fall asleep.
5. Dinner. From late dinner should be abandoned. No fatty foods at night. A glass of kefir – that’s all you can afford.
6. Milk. Before going to bed you can drink a glass of milk. The milk contains substances that help a person fall asleep faster.
