Insomnia and Struggle Against It

In today’s world, more and more people complain of insomnia. But in this case it is not necessary to be surprised. Ongoing work at the computer, watching TV, the huge flow of information – all this gives our brain to relax. Man is always thinking and experiencing. But it can not go on like this. A person should relax, because in a dream a person recovers.

So, what is useful sleep?

1. Mind. When people normally sleep, they become smarter. On a fresh mind it is easier to perceive the information.
2. Force. In the dream, the person recovers and mental and physical strength.
3. Immunity. Excellent sleep strengthens the immune system.
4. Pressure. The pressure also reaches the limit of normal.
5. Sugar. Blood sugar is also normal.
6. Hormones. Hormonal bounces back.

Now everyone was once again convinced how useful sleep.

But how can you sleep if does not work?

1. Walk. Go to the park for a walk before going to bed.
2. Information. No information before going to bed do not need to study. It is best to simply relax.
3. Bathroom. Take a warm bath. Relax as much as possible.
