Personal Hygiene and its Features

Everyone, young and old have to watch out for their personal hygiene. Shower should be taken regularly and brushing teeth twice a day.

In other words, we now have a set of rules and advice on how to properly observe good personal hygiene. This is due to the fact that people often abuse the frequent washing of the body.

1. Bathroom. A warm bath is not recommended to take more than 2 times per week. This is due to the fact that it may cause skin dryness.
2. Intimate Zone. You need to wash once or twice a day. The best means for washing – a gel for intimate places. Foams and sprays can be used, if desired. During menstruation need to wash more often.
3. Nails. Nails should always be kept clean. To do this, you need to make regular manicure. It can be done by yourself or go to a professional master.
4. Shower and shave. Shower should be taken daily. It will help a person get rid of the unpleasant smell of sweat. After showering in the armpits need to apply deodorant. The hair in the area best shave as they retain a smell of sweat.
