Planning a Healthy Diet

To be healthy, you need to eat right. A lot depends on nutrition in a person’s life. Beauty, health, well-being are all directly related to nutrition. If it is unbalanced, then the health problem is simply unavoidable.

So, let’s plan a diet of proper nutrition?

1. Meat. Lean meat should be eaten every day. It contains protein, which is necessary for the body. It is best to eat boiled or steamed meat.
2. Fish. Choosing fish is also best of low-fat varieties. This product should be eaten 2-3 times a week.
3. Dairy products. Cottage cheese, milk, kefir – is also best to eat daily. Kefir is best to drink before bedtime. One glass will be enough.
4. Vegetables and fruits. Fresh vegetables and fruits should always be on your table. Eat them always and as much as possible.
5. Bread. A slice of coarse bread should be eaten every day. There are a lot of B vitamins.

As you can see, it’s not so hard to eat right, as it might seem at first glance!
