In the autumn, on the contrary, people become less mobile, because most of my free time in the premises in connection with which there are many extra kilos that spoil the shape.

In order to avoid such effects it is necessary to observe some rules, one of which is a balanced diet. Make it a rule, every morning on an empty stomach to drink a glass of clean water with lemon juice and, if not allergic, you can add honey. This drink improves metabolism and lift your spirits. In your menu should include more vegetables and fruits, as well as seafood.

Despite all kinds of weather, make daily walks, which should last at least 30 minutes, as well as, in the morning engaged recharging.
