3. Charge for the eyes. Before going to bed, do not be lazy to perform gymnastics for the eyes. These exercises will help strengthen the muscles.
4. Vitamins. Still it is possible to get in a drugstore vitamins which will help or assist to cope with fatigue of eyes.

Watch your eyesight. Most often spend time in the fresh air, and let’s rest your eyes. Vision is a gift that needs to be appreciated.
