Natural juices – it is an invaluable source of vitamins and nutrients.
However, as practice shows, not all juices can be useful for our body. Recently Professor Susan Jebb of the UK made a very loud statement, which is based on her personal research. According to the doctor, she was able to identify a large number of negative properties in orange juice.
It turns out that orange juice contains high amounts of sugar, which is comparable in volume with a glass of cola. In fact, a glass of orange juice is the same negative effect on the body, like a glass of sweet drinks.
It is therefore, excessive use of orange juice not only causes an increase in body weight, but also can provoke the development of diabetes.
